This elegant, long, navy formal dress features an empire pleated waist, 3/4 length sleeves, and a beautifully draped, sheer overlay on the skirt. It's perfect as a mother-of-the-bride dress or any special occasion.
This was one of several gorgeous preowned gowns I bought as options as my mother-of-groom dress. I didn't end up wearing this one, although its flowy skirt and sparkly top made it a real contender. The bodice and sleeves are made of comfortable, stretchy, sequined material. The skirt is a pleated A-line silhouette, very full and forgiving. Plus, it has cooler 3/4 length sleeves. I bought it preowned, but it came with the tags still on and they are still attached. The hem has a place in the front where the hem needs to be repaired. It's visible in the images of the skirt.
